Product Description
Zhengde Hot-rolled steel sheet piles mainly have three shapes:
U-shaped steel sheet piles, Z-shaped steel sheet piles and linear
steel sheet piles, as shown in Figure 1. Among them, Z-shaped steel
sheet piles and linear steel sheet piles are relatively complicated
in production, processing and installation. The price is 1/3 higher
than that of U-shaped steel sheet piles.
Steel sheet pile construction adopts vibration pile sinking
construction, erecting single-layer double-sided guide frames, and
screen-type driving method to drive steel sheet piles.

Attention to detailSteel sheet piles are inspected for appearance surface defects,
length, width, thickness, height, end square ratio, straightness
and lock shape, and channel steel piles are inspected for
appearance surface defects, length, width, thickness, height, end
angle , straightness and other inspections, cut off the welded
parts on the pile that affect the pile driving (there are cut holes
and section defects should be reinforced).
Full range
Cold-formed steel sheet piles and hot-rolled steel sheet piles can
be produced in U-shape, Z-shape, and W-shape. The manufacturing
process is different. The wall thickness of cold-formed steel sheet
piles is the same, and the thickness of hot-rolled steel sheet
piles is different in different parts. do thick.
The length of hot-rolled steel sheet piles is generally limited,
mainly 9 meters, 12 meters, 15 meters, 18 meters, 400 wide, and 600
wide. The water stop effect is generally better than that of cold
bending, and the market stock is large.
